Why are we selling?
We have a house in Rio Rancho and plan to live there. We do not have to sell due to financial reasons. We purchased this home when the market did not have much available. We bought it and did a complete remodel on it.
WANT TO TRADE UP???
If you have a smaller house in Pinon district, we would be interested in buying it if you are wanting to buy our home.
NEED A RENTAL??? We would rent for $2000 a month.
We would also consider renting this home to the right person.
